is in 4th grade. She enjoys reading, drawing, singing, and writing stories. Her favorite colors are pink & orange. She is very social, loves hanging out with friends. This is her very first play! She thanks you for coming to see our show!

is 15 years old and passionate about both performing and technology. When not on stage, he’s diving into the world of IT, exploring coding, building computers, and cybersecurity. He also enjoys making people laugh through stand-up comedy and sketch writing. He’s thrilled to bring these iconic characters to life and hopes you enjoy the show!

is 11 years old and will be a 6th grader at Seven Hills. She has been in stage performances at least once yearly since 3rd grade in a variety of settings including Lyric Rose Theatre Company, Center for the Arts theatre camps, and A Play in Two Days with Sierra Stages. She is kind and creative and loves her friends, family and especially her French Bulldog/Pug mix, Callie!

is 12 years old and attends NCSA. She enjoys hanging out with friends. This is her fourth performance in a play and is excited to be in TRIO!

is 12 years old. She’s been acting most of her life, but began to take it more seriously when cast in her first Mainstage Playmakers play, Silver’s Secret. She went on to perform in three more plays with them before participating in A Play In Two Days at Sierra Stages. She’s excited to be in Trio! and hopes you enjoy the show!

is 8 years old and a proud student of Grass Valley Charter School. When not performing, Cassidy channels her creative energy into painting, designing earrings for her business, swimming, and making magic on stage with friends.

has performed in five Mainstage Playmakers productions at The Center for the Arts and is very excited to perform at The Nevada Theatre! In his spare time, he loves reading, writing and spending time with his three dogs. He is fluent in Spanish and is currently learning French. Kadence is also writing the second book for his fantasy series, which he hopes to have published.

is an active 8 year old. She enjoys playing on the monkey-bars, singing and dancing. She is currently exploring her love for Theatre and performing.

is an 8 year old student at Grass Valley Charter. She loves creating things, her family, and fashion. This is her first Spotlight Players performance, but she’s been in several plays including The Wizard of Oz at NCSA.

is an 11 year old student at NCSA with lots of energy and passion for the arts. She loves singing, piano, theater, reading, and drawing. So far, she has performed in five theatrical productions, including The Aristocats Jr! at NCSA. She is very excited to perform in this production!

is 15 years old going into 10th grade at SAEL. She enjoys reading, playing Dungeons & Dragons, archery, and hanging out with friends. This is her fifth play, and she is excited to be performing her roles.

is a 13 year old Cottonwood School homeschooler. She is thrilled to perform in the first Spotlight Players production on the Nevada Theatre stage! Previous performances include A Fairytale Christmas Carol, The Princess and the Pea, Silver’s Secret, and The Reluctant Dragon. She was also Mable in Pirates of Penzance and Broadway Favorites at the Colfax Theatre. She thanks her family & friends for their support.

is a 4th grade home schooler with The Cottonwood School. He is a gamer and loves Minecraft. After being a fan of his sister’s stage experience, he decided to run away and join the circus for the summer! He makes his stage debut with this performance. Griffin wishes to thanks his family and friends for their support.

was fully immersed in the performing arts by age 5, and continues to enjoy dancing, drawing, painting, storytelling, songs, and being part of a creative process that has included many theatre productions. Trio! offers Pelé yet another chance to try on new hats as a performer, and she is excited for the opportunity to entertain. She is grateful for her family and friends in this incredibly creative community.

is 14 years old and will be a freshman at Nevada Union High School. She began working with Paulette when she was 7, and this is her seventh play with her! When not acting, she enjoys writing, playing the clarinet, solving complex math problems and reading books. She is excited to be part of the first Spotlight Players production and hopes you enjoy the show!

has worked with children for nearly 30 years as a teacher, actor, and director. She holds a BA in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s degree in Theatre from Louisiana Tech University. Her extensive experience with professional companies across the country includes a national tour with the Missoula Children’s Theatre. For the past 19 years she has taught and produced theatre for young people in Nevada County. Her directing credits include seven Children’s Theatre Ensemble productions for Center Stage Dance Studio, performed at the North Star House. As the founding primary director of CFTA’s Main Stage Playmakers, she directed eight fun-filled productions. She is thrilled to be the director for Sierra Theatre Company’s Spotlight Players and API2Days workshops. In addition to her work with children, Paulette is a professional costume designer and proprietor of SANDbags.

is a Junior at Bear River High School and has been Stage Managing for two years! She has a true passion for bringing creative visions to life and loves the process of helping a show come together behind the scenes. Through Stage Management, Ella has gained incredible opportunities—just like the one you’re about to experience! She is excited for you to see the dedication, passion, and hard work these young actors have poured into this play.
